The Florence Crittenton Agency (FCA) located in Knoxville, TN seeks qualified applicants for the position of President and CEO. The FCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering help and hope to young women in crisis. The mission is accomplished through prevention, collaboration, advocacy, intervention and education. Successful candidate must hold a bachelors/masters degree, preferably from an accredited university. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience. Candidates should have strong background in fundraising, financial management, communications, community relations, and strategic planning. Nonprofit management experience running a social service organization is preferred.
